Writing your own "About Me" is probably one of the most uncomfortable and awkward things you will ever have to do. My first reaction is to revert back to Kindergarten..."My favorite color is blue, my favorite movie is The Little Mermaid, and I love Doritos." Haha!!
All I can say is I love what I do! It's my reason for getting up in the morning. Everyone needs a passion, right?? Let me come hang out with your family! Play on the floor with the kids, talk about our favorite local diner, and compare child birth stories. I love photography and I love humans....this is my dream "job" :)
I don't work in a studio...I tried it for a time, but I got bored quickly. Every photo started to look like the one before. I love to do photo sessions on the beach, at the park, DisneyWorld, your home (and before you think it - No, I do not expect your home to be clean and organized at all....for two reasons - I have a family also and I have 9 years of experience in working around familial mess ;)) I've had the awesome pleasure of photographing weddings abroad in Cabo San Lucas & Southern Ireland and I am all for adding to that list!
My client promise is that it will be quick and painless.

I use film, polaroid, wet plate, cyanotype...basically any method that lets me chill in my darkroom. My darkroom is my happy place! The links for both are on the left side of the screen.
